Pros

Salesforce platform knowledge that too very basic

Cons

This is a very bad company, no one should join because of the following reasons:- 1. No work life balance 2. No weekends off 3. No proper timings, official timings are 10-7 but they expect you to sit till 10-11 pm in the office and after that also they expect that we should go home and work all night. 4. Poor management- overburdening a few employees while others are relaxing and have no work. 5. No job security- suddenly one day they’ll call you and say you to leave the organisation 6. Office politics is to a great extent. They don’t care for the hardworking employees and give a chance to people who they have their connections with. 7. They are running a family business and supporting each other and will not listen to you even if you report any problematic behaviour. 8. The HR also doesn’t support the employees and is not for the employees in this company, he is for the management.

Cons

I had the opportunity to work at this organization, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Below are the key concerns: Lack of Work-Life Balance: The company has an ongoing culture of expecting employees to work around the clock with little regard for personal time or work-life balance. Pressure to Provide Positive Reviews: Employees are often pressured to submit 5-star reviews, which creates an illusion of satisfaction that doesn't reflect the reality of working here. Family-Run Business: The company is heavily influenced by family members No Weekends Off: The company has a culture of expecting weekend work, leaving little time for personal commitments or relaxation. Interns and Freshers Are Exploited: Interns and entry-level employees often face unreasonably high expectations and excessive workloads. Many lack professional guidance, and the company doesn't seem to provide them with the support they need to thrive. Job Insecurity: There is little job security, with employees being informed at short notice that they must leave the organization, without any clear reasons provided. Ineffective HR Support: The HR department is unresponsive and often fails to offer the promised support when needed. Unreliable Leave Policies: Planned leaves are often canceled at the last minute, creating additional stress and inconvenience. Limited Career Growth Opportunities: Promotions and salary increases seem to be based more on **** Lack of Professionalism in Management: The top management seems to prioritize work output over employee well-being. There is little regard for professionalism, and the focus is mainly on pushing employees to work excessive hours for minimal compensation. Negative Feedback from Former Employees: Many ex-employees have shared their negative experiences, and I would strongly suggest connecting with them before making any decisions to join. In conclusion, I would advise caution before joining this company. The lack of professionalism, job security, and poor treatment of employees make it a place where long-term career development is difficult.
