No growth opportunities

Pros

The only good thing is you can have some work-life balance but that also depends on your role.

Cons

They hire employees at a high pay sometimes and then do not increase for 3-5 yrs. There is no pay structure. HR is only responsible for hiring and firing. Overall there is nothing new to learn and no growth opportunities. There are employees who are working for more than 5-10 yrs and still doing the same job and at the same pay. There is no job security and no team management. Even the reviews here don't seem to be real.

Pros

The company has potential to do well Great people throughout company to work with

Cons

multuple projects are running using competing resources with unrealistic timelines set; projects set up to fail and result in poor quality output Employees burnt out due to having too many reaponsibilities and not enough direction Too many manual processes in place resulting in more work errors happening than there needs to be Company doesn't care about its people Upper management makes decisions without thorough review prior to moving forward which has resulted in impact to employees and the health of the company Trying to grow too fast without a strong foundation in place Confusion over process ownership across the board Majority of employees are disgruntled due to being treated like a number/machine Managent doesn't promote or even allow for a work and home life balance due to high expectations to do more than what is possible for one person to achieve High turnover which costs the company a lot of time and money Poor communication from senior management
