Got exposure to a variety of projects and tools, especially in Salesforce and CRM domains Had the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks Colleagues were supportive and collaborative

A lack of structure in processes and communication at times Limited opportunities for skill development beyond core responsibilities Management decisions were sometimes unclear or not well communicated

Pros

salary get on time but also in 5th working day of month

Cons

they expect you to work after office hours and managers are all puppets of the upper management. there is lack of tech resource as company show case only the CEO's Image to every resource and shows fake projects to get clients from upwork. they will set individuals in 30 LPA onsite and the only give around 6 to 8 LPA to the person as other things are going in companies hand which is wrong. they dont care if the person is hospitalised or anything all they mattered is project deadlines. sales will set stupidest timeline and then blame developer that they are not good enough. They will hold salary in the name of office policy and will give stupid reason so that they are not accountable to it. Overall its a hell place if you are thinking of joining it jst pray to god.
