      Nothing, but there's a five word minimum for this section!

      Cons

      Dreadful management, very negative culture and none existent support. They have absolutely no people skills and are totally uninterested in supporting or retaining staff and take complete advantage of them.

      Pros

      Dean Wilson is a young and vibrant firm. The company takes on many newly qualified employees or simply ones who are ambitious and willing to learn. Due to this the legal knowledge and advice is confident and up to date. The employees also make a huge effort to create a work life balance and have created great clubs and events and support great charities in the process.

      Cons

      The Company is continuing to grow and may run out of space. They may therefore be a need to allow freedom to more employees to work from home or adjust their hours with the option of flexitime.
