Pros

Remote two days a week is the only upside to working here.

Cons

- Everyone is grossly underpaid, but especially the creative team - CEO flaunts excessive wealth and employees are left nearly drowning - Mean girl mentality especially with middle management - Rampant favoritism - Definitely not diverse (unless you are a White woman) - No real chance at career or monetary growth - Stale content and work-life balance is discouraged (You will be working on the weekends.)

Pros

Great place to learn and work with incredible talent

Cons

While this company may be a decent stepping stone to get your foot in the door, it's hard to recommend staying long-term. The pay is low, and there’s no 401k match, which makes it difficult to plan for the future. The "let them eat cake" mentality is evident, while employees struggle to make ends meet. If you’re looking for short-term experience and don’t mind sacrificing financial stability, this could be the place for you. But don't expect to stick around for long unless things change.
