Made a mess of the store just before it closed, managment could of been better, lack of compassion from some.

Pay was low for the work that was required

everything. Management treats part time staff like workers, they have no appreciation for for an employee, you're just meat, easily replaceable. If you're part time you don't deserve anything, no training, no support, nothing. And your performance is constantly being compared to full time staff. In other words, you have to graft twice as hard just because you work less hours

Need to be a fast typer to achieve the targets

Was Low pay and also till training was not very in depth.
