      Payment in crypto, flexibility, fully remote.

      Cons

      - Chaotic - the organisation in this place is terrible. Those leading the foundation have little business experience. They are developers that got lucky and pass around the CEO/senior exec role amongst themselves every few years. (I won’t go in to why that is) - Lots of back stabbing. - Very woke, full of grifters that wouldn’t last 5 minutes in a real job. - Penny pinching, and doing anything they can not to pay your bonuses. - Awful onboarding and leaving processes. - Questionable finance practices. - Political.

      The work is remote, there are highly skilled people, freedom to develop and express opinions. Good for those who want to immerse themselves in the world of crypto and video games.

      Cons

      Working on a decentralized platform can make simple things complex. Interaction with the community can be challenging. This is why some things take a long time to develop, as they need to be done under strict convention.
