      Good place to grow skills.

      Cons

      You will be given work outside of your job description and if you ask to be compensated for it without a title change, you very well may get fired. The management here is an absolute joke and plays around with people’s jobs (read: well-being) as if they are pawns on a chess board.

      Management makes unrealistic expectations and is unhelpful to team members. Will fire employees without a legitimate reason. Awful middle management.

      The lies are believable at first.

      Cons

      Very high turn around, no one lasts here more than a year.. Mgt likes to belittle underlings. This was by far the worst job I've ever had, and I really tried to make it work even through all the red flags. Beginning with the initial interview!
