Experience varies significantly depending on the team and project Requirements were often unclear, leading to confusion and rework Fast-paced environment sometimes felt chaotic rather than productive Management and planning felt inconsistent, with work occasionally being misused or redirected inefficiently Repetition of similar mistakes without clear process improvements Culture subtly encouraged working more and faster, even beyond standard expectations
