      Pros

      Decker/Royal is an incredible place to go to work everyday. The team supports each other and works hard while still maintaining a fun and positive attitude. The work/life balance here is unmatched for being in the PR industry - the execs (and everybody) care about you as a real person, not just as an employee. Also, the opportunities for travel and media relations are fantastic. I'll forever be grateful to have this experience.

      Pros

      A fully remote environment offers a ton of flexibility, with leadership that actuallly care about work/life balance. A lot of the employees have been working together for 5+ years, which creates a tight-knit atmosphere. The company is broken up into 5-8 person teams. Leadership is hands-on with day to day client work. Leadership allows employees to create specific roles catered to their strengths.

      It's a smaller team handling some really large clients, so there's a lot of work to be done

      100% remote working was a plus.

      Cons

      It's a company made up of a core group of people who have been working together for years and they make it impossible to fit in as a "newbie". Very cliquey, toxic, and unwelcoming.
