Pros
It's refreshing to work with such a talented group of people. We collaborate effectively but our input and expertise as individuals are also respected and trusted. The work environment is very flexible, if I need time away at short notice for family duties or illness, something can always be worked out. The Boss' door is "always open", ready to chat about work, life, sports, anything really. Deconetwork is not a massive corporation so one-on-one time with management is never an issue (unless you're in a completely different time zone or course). Ping-pong Fridays. Christmas parties. Bottomless cookie jar.
Cons
Commute is about 12 minutes, would much prefer if it was under 5 and closer to the beach. We could always use more programmers ;-) Bottomless cookie jar.
