Pros
Working for Decor is the type of experience that I wish everybody could have at least once in their lifetime, with a culture extremely focused on people (Staff, Partners and Customers). Working for Decor has been a huge pleasure, with lots of opportunities to grow and develop and yet a lot of innovation and new challenges.

When I started working there things where working well and there was an obvious focus on quality

After new management had taken over there was a shift from quality to efficiency
