One of the worst work cultures I’ve experienced Completely unprofessional management with zero planning or structure Leadership has no idea how to speak to employees—only shouting and creating unnecessary pressure No respect for employees at all, people are treated as replaceable High employee turnover—people join, suffer, and leave within months No one can actually survive here long term because of the toxic environment Work is extremely disorganized, with constant last-minute changes and confusion No proper guidance, no support, just blame when things go wrong Work-life balance is practically zero Quality of work delivered is disappointing and inconsistent Pricing does not match the value provided to customers Serious concerns around materials and execution standards, but no one seems to care Overall feels like a place run without professionalism or long-term vision Won't provide the reimbursement on time . We have to beg for our money behind the CEO.
