      Extremely low expectations from employees. Possibility of part-time work for some departments.

      Extremely low pay and benefits, No pension contribution, The shift rate is inexistent now, Those who rotate shifts don't get anything extra, Extremely inefficient production with an immense scrap-to-output ratio due to old machinery and bad problem-solving Multiple health and safety violations. Synchronous and organized lack of care and standards Dangerous behavior gets overlooked Toxic and depressing work environment in some departments
