      Honestly….none. I realize there was no benefit to working here.

      Cons

      Owner claims his door is always open, but straight up refused to speak to me after his managers fired me for something out of my control. My mental health took a plunge.

      snacks, the co-workers are really nice, normal people who care.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, like the other reviews say, this place is a cult and the leader (CEO ) is an extremely controlling narcissist. He pushes religion on people and thinks he is doing good in the world by donating to charities but emotionally abuses his own employees. Super controlling about the smallest things (won't let people eat their lunch in the office, etc.).

We do not push our values on others, and you are free to be you. We ask that team members eat hot meals in the large breakroom with a kitchen because we recognize that team members have different backgrounds and may be dealing with food insecurity at home, which can be exacerbated by the smell of hot food in the office; this ask comes from a place of compassion for all Team Members. For that reason, we provide free snacks to the entire team, and we are glad to hear that you liked the snacks. Dedicated puts people before profits.
