Pros

snacks, the co-workers are really nice, normal people who care.

Cons

Unfortunately, like the other reviews say, this place is a cult and the leader (CEO ) is an extremely controlling narcissist. He pushes religion on people and thinks he is doing good in the world by donating to charities but emotionally abuses his own employees. Super controlling about the smallest things (won't let people eat their lunch in the office, etc.).

Thank you for the review, as we appreciate all opinions and feedback. Dedicated is a faith-based company that welcomes all people, from all walks of life. We do not push our values on others, and you are free to be you. We ask that team members eat hot meals in the large breakroom with a kitchen because we recognize that team members have different backgrounds and may be dealing with food insecurity at home, which can be exacerbated by the smell of hot food in the office; this ask comes from a place of compassion for all Team Members. For that reason, we provide free snacks to the entire team, and we are glad to hear that you liked the snacks. Dedicated puts people before profits.

Pros

Good work environment and co-workers, people-first attitude, growth environment, opportunities for people to take on responsibility and be seen/recognized. Professional leadership development opportunities. Gym reimbursement. Mental Health reimbursement. Free Nurse Line. Free chiropractic care. For collectors, uncapped commissions (they can make more than the C-suite). Implementing EOS right now and have a John Maxwell coach helping lead the company.

Cons

Growing pains. Growing a small business can be extra painful especially for specific employees. We've outgrown people's ability to lead in their position and that's been hard to walk through. The company has also failed some employees over the years (not enough training, not enough feedback, etc.) None of this is intentional or malicious. I saw this at my last job too. What's good is the company continues to get better. New leaders with time. Comp for the collectors is great, but you have to earn it. Comp for the rest of the staff seems to be middle of the road. Benefits are better than required so that can offset some of this. Flexibility and a good work environment is also helpful.
