No reputation of employees, no benefits for employees, only upper management gets benefit. No promotion. If an employee ask Sir I want to grow, they will say no.. 'How will I be benefited if you grow. I have to provide you high salary'. These are the words of chairman.

Let me tell u this company is only working to fill the pockets of upper management. Employees/lower staff will never be benefitted from it. They give only peanuts at the time of hike. Absolutely no benefit or perks for employees. They take 12 to 14 hours of employees and no compensation. People in upper management are very selfish and treat employees as slaves. Work culture is zero and affected by dirty politics. Those who are ready to become slaves by selling their self esteem will survive there. No benefit, no holidays, no work culture. Worthless ans disaster company.
