      - Favouritism & Nepotism - Micromanagement due to incompetent and unprofessional people at senior positions - Low pay rates - Near to non-existent educational funding - Long procedures for everything - Lack of information transparency between and within teams - Top talented people leaving the company within the first 2 years - Non-existent ownership and accountability from seniors and other employees - Lack of organization within procedures and teams that leads to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and hinder the overall productivity
