Pros
Dev team is friendly, relaxed and hard working, very smart and great to work with overall. Product itself is interesting with a lot of potential. If you like to work with AI products/softwares, specifically in B2B sector and want to be a part of the initial team, then this would be a geat place to go and learn. Everyone in the team is really experienced. Pay is relatively good.
Cons
Not much room to grow, not a lot of space for creativity, a bit of hustle culture is present - work/life balance could be improved.
