My first few years with the company were a positive experience but things took a turn when new leadership with no experience in the industry at all came in. The upper management tends to rely heavily on micromanagement and left middle management feeling suffocated with little room for autonomy. The constant push for higher targets, most of which were unrealistic, created a lot of stress across all teams and pushed employees to their limits except for upper management who seemed unaffected. On top of that, annual merit increases and promotion opportunities have significantly dropped this year for some reason.
