      Good benefits Free snacks New building

      -Lack of communication and little training. If you are new or already an employee you are on your own -Growing within the company is low due to favoritism and nepotism. In order for you to advance you have to know someone that’s a higher up or be well liked -Not a team collaborative environment. It’s the opposite and it causes segregation within the company. -Not much diversity or inclusion
