- Misogyny in the workplace - Micro aggression regarding the gender - apparently women are just made to go on maternity leaves or women are not interested enough to apply for position in the IT industry - Very poor work life balance - Micro management - Lack of accountability on criteria that has been discussed during the recruitment cycle Recruitment seemed to be made in order to secure some gender quota Toxic workplace to avoid especially for women
