      Colleagues were helpful and friendly Factory floor staff were great to work with Medical aid and Provident benefits are good Salary is okay

      Cons

      Management wants BSC Engineers yet non of the Managers have a BSC Degree. Too much focus on cost saving and then adding back cost when the product performed poorly
