      Pros

      The company operates in an interesting field (food and digital) and has an innovative business model, that itself makes it a fun place and project to work for. Managers are approachable, and the people are in general welcoming, open minded and kind, making it a very friendly and fun environment to be in. There are social activities like sports, after works, BBQ's on the office terrace, annual parties, yoga and language classes. The company is medium/ small and it's easy to get to know everyone (including the office dogs).

      Cons

      Since the company is still fairly young and not very big, career growth might take longer than in a bigger corporation. But they do have a proper career path put in place to facilitate this whenever possible.

      Pros

      The best of all - people, very friendly, international ambient. Informal communication, which makes it easy to reach out to CEOs. Acceptance of new ideas, support, openness. I have worked at this company for 5 years and I can only say good words. If you are proactive and interested in different fields Degusta Box is the perfect place where you can work with different people from different departments and trying yourself in different fields.

      Cons

      From the marketing side, it could be challenging to manage the advertising budget, there is not much space to play around. Each action has to be very well calculated and analyzed, which for me was one of the most interesting parts of the job, so it's not necessarily a disadvantage.

      CEO's are great + free fruit and snacks + relaxed environment

      Cons

      Managers are given the role for being the only people who stay longer than a year. very high staff turnover low morale micromanagement stuck in their ways
