Toxic workplace with unrealistic expectations

Cons
- Management frequently yells at team for things that are outside of their control - Management has no understanding of the product lifecycle - Unrealistic deadlines are set and blamed on the development team - Nepotism. All C-suite and execs are family members. Most of them have no qualifications for their titles. - No tools provided (no computer or access to cloud) - Long and irregular work hours (as early as 5am, as late as 11pm). Refuses to pay you for your time. - Management asks employees to show up at 10pm and doesn't show up themselves - Sexism - Bottom 10% pay Overall, while the product may be interesting, the negative aspects of working at Delgate outweigh any potential benefits. The management is terrible and actively work to create a toxic work environment. Nepotism is present, tools are not provided, and employees are expected to work long and irregular hours. Additionally, the company pays at the bottom 10% compared to industry standards.
