Pros
People are friendly and co-operated. Manager was reasonable and no micro management. Flexible working schedule for non shift positions.
Cons
Business was not stable so that benefits were reduced, layoff staffs.

Pros
People are friendly when you show the same level of confidence to them. Upper management are trying hard to make a change while lower management do not cooperate.
Cons
Supervisors from long time ago cannot keep up with the new technology and don't even have Microsoft Office computer skills. There's no opportunity in career advancement.
