People are friendly and co-operated. Manager was reasonable and no micro management. Flexible working schedule for non shift positions.

Business was not stable so that benefits were reduced, layoff staffs.

They try really, really hard. Really hard. Unfortunately, they run up against a history of management that hasn't made the best decisions, and those decisions have consequences. I will say that they managed the purchase by Mississippi Lime well, and did a decent job of reducing the stress brought about by that type of acquisition.

Chaos. Total, utter, complete chaos. Some of their own making, some from sources totally out of their control. It's not every day that one of the 2012 potential buyers of the company decides to "discover" a patented process right after they do a pre-purchase audit, and then put a comparable product on the market at a much lower cost (because they can). Unfortunately, that competitor has put this company in a tight spot.
