      Pros

      There is no better consulting company in the Sacramento area than Delegata, hands down. Quality staff, clear goals for their clients, and unwavering delivery of Quality and Trust. I worked here for 3.5 years and have nothing but good things to say. CEO was always direct and professional, and was welcoming of any challenge of opinions. The demand for quality is HIGH, and for those who can deliver professionally, you will not get a better experience. Each consultant was ready to step up and assist wherever needed, offer any advice or education, and was always trying to better themselves and others.

      Cons

      This is not a job for the light of heart. Constructive criticism and challenging thoughts is the norm, and for those that are willing to take it at face value and understand these are to better yourself, and the quality of product for the client, will do VERY well. Thick skin and a reflective memory will serve you well, but it is always about the better quality for the client and ensuring trust is built and kept.

      Pros

      Engage in contracts at the highest level in state government, successfully out compete household names like MacKenzie & Company, PWC, Accenture, or Deloitte. Drive transformation the way it's supposed to be done.

      Cons

      In a small practice like this, invariably there are challenges ramping up for a new contract. I did this three times in recent years with them, always delighting the client in the end, but often struggling at the start of projects due to team members who were stretched between two priorities or new team members who were learning the Delegata way.
