I left Delegata just over 6 months ago. I was an employee of Delegata for almost 15 years. I am constantly asked why I left, I think, in part, since people like to hear the negative stories. My experience at Delegata was very positive. I believe that you just need to understand the kind of company that Delegata is to understand some of the online comments (positive or negative). Delegata is, after all, a company that has an infrastructure, methodologies, and practices to ensure that all projects with clients are managed to success. Their focus is to deliver with higher quality than the client might normally expect. To this end, they appreciate people who like to be employees and who are service-oriented and always looking to improve.
The world is changing and seldom expects employee loyalty in today’s environment. Individuals are companies of one that believe in themselves. This may fit the staffing market in Sacramento, but is less aligned with the company approach that Delegata uses. I just recommend that you consider what type of person you are as you join any company. If you believe you want to be part of a company and can help others in serving client needs while continuously improving your own and your team capability, Delegata might be the place for you.
