      Good starting point, but issues with management and favoritism

      Pros

      A very good company to start your career, Everyone is friendly even the cleaner.

      Cons

      Hiring Manager have problem picking a good candidate. Not asking for expert or legendary staff, but at least a good staff. Always end up with a poor attitude. The HR also needs to work on realising the real problem and not creating more problems for the staff. FAVOURITISM very huge Red flag. Not all departments or staff but really can see the favouritism about Top level and staff
