Very Very less compensation for Freshers and experienced person. No guidance, No code reviews, the guy who will do the code review will only look for the User Interface nothing else. Negative Environment.

No cons for my side... But to stay in the company give your 100% in first 3 month of your notice period. Don't be lazy.
