No cons for my side... But to stay in the company give your 100% in first 3 month of your notice period. Don't be lazy.

1--Fun, freedom, enjoyment, market value, 2-- Good working hours and it is very flexible 3-- Good facilities and management, Good environment, Employee friendly organization 4-- Very good work life balance, Work load is manageable and management is very supportive. Project manager are good and very co-operative with good skills.
