300 to 350 miles a day is just plain ridiculous in my opinion, never mind the traffic when you drive across four different counties of Los Angeles. Your area coverage is the entire Southern California, not just "LA". They would have you drive to the Bay Area if they can get away with it. Underpaid delivery job for contractors but easily overinflated pricing for all their customers. predatory business practices and shady company rules with no accountability from management. Wear and tear on your vehicle with no compensation for mileage or maintenance. Absolute waste of time and money loss, disadvantageous in all working aspects not just for a delivery gig. Laughable work uniform while you deliver and the company encourages you to wear it at all times, seriously might as well be a clown for hire if you plan to work here. Dispatch directions are given thru a third-party app called Voxer, very unreliable because you lose signal once you deliver near the hills area. No way to contact back dispatch once signal is lost. deliverLA had to settle for a class action lawsuit because the company withheld payment and did not want to pay what is owed to a seniority employee who has been working there for decades. That itself should tell you how the company operates, it's a shame since the company caters to high-profile individuals.
