Management was verbally abusive, cultivated an incredibly toxic environment filled with gossip and name calling. Since management was the issue (specifically HR) there was no one to take these issues to, and no way to resolve them.
Unrealistic expectations set for employees for day to day responsibilities. No type of work life balance.
