Pros
Everyone around you appreciates the struggle and pressure we work under and therefore look to help and assist where possible.
Cons
Top heavy organisation with a toxic culture of us and them where workers feel insecure about job security. Delkia employ a considerable amount of managers, directors and c-suite members which looks great on paper but we lack the appropriate resource to successfully deliver engineering challenges, projects etc. Considerable amount of redundancies made in the last year that have considerably weakened the organisation.
