A number of them. But don't worry you'll realise this the day u join the company. They say during the introduction that We are a family and that's actually right about them. They treat you like a family- By making u stay long hours at work- 10-12hours worktime. 10am to 1-2am and and for unnecessary reasons even if you don't have any work pending. So i found this ridiculous. They make even girls wait till midnight and i dont know why don't these girls speak up about it. Maybe they are cowards. 2nd point here - they insult you whenever they want and have made a WhatsApp group where they also insult and shame you. They calculate the in and out time and if you're a bit late you're insulted on the group as well as At office. They don't even know how to speak to an employer as if we worked like servants or slaves selling ourselves to the company and the Heads. And yes you can't question them for anything even if the question may seem logical in reality. They pay you quite late in the next month mostly 20th or later. The workplace- I hated to the core because of the egoistic maniacs who work there. The employees and the heads there are typical showoff and only a showoff can last here not a sane person. There won't be any logic in the design the designers make and people with a good experience also don't know the detailing well and are lazy never proactive at giving in the designs. Moreover, you need to behave like a robot and move like it. can't talk things out, can't discuss things, can't do anything on your own, can't use your oan brains. The designers - hilarious- They copy paste designs from Google. i mean don't you have your own brain? what are you Designers for? call yourselves interior decorators who willingly copy designs. the company accepts this too. Rubbish. you won't get the respect here that you expect so just forget it. People will treat you like trash until you dont bootlick them. they call you even if it's flooded and most of the companies are shut down for that day. so all they care is for their work being done not for the employees and their lives. you need to forget social life too due to the company's work timings. They say in the introduction that its 10-7:30 but Im sorry that's plain white lies- you'll realise it after you join in. what they actually say is we work late hours to. Now a sane person would assume late hours means an hour or two late not hours and hours together till about 1-2-3am. that's crap. Even the MD at times stays till that time. Why do you work so much guys? don't you have a social life? they say we believe work hard party harder Forget that line because there's no party only work. You literally would get so frustrated with life there that you'll tend to leave the company finally because hearing their taunts, the ignorance there, the maniacs insulting you, the egoistic people, the negative vibes, the bsf work profile, the work hours, the zero respect there for you as a professional that's not possible for a sane person. When they work they don't even at times give us a heads up about what needs to be done next they assume you're some God to know things in advance and if you dont then you're insulted and taunted. They remove foolish reasons to tell you that you need to leave. The HOD's Dont ever speak in a proper tone and wouldn't bother about your existence. I dont understand how the company functions? in hindi we say - naam bade darshan chote. if the trains are late or buses late - They don't understand this because for them you're god and the company gives you a jetpack while joining the firm so that you could reach the company at supersonic speed. they calculate your salaries as a monthly CTC so don't think they would want you working for years together. Moreover only a few people there lasted long - Mostly you'll find bootlickers, people with a politicians mindset, or someone who's in a huge need of money with financial crisis. No sane person would work here. Seriously the company doesn't care. the funniest part in this company is that they allow people for chugli. You give in your 200% yet they would whine about it and cry complaining as to why you didn't put in more effort. you'll think you are a big company and people die to join you yes they may but no sane person would go ahead and would surely leave the company sooner or later
