Quality department in the UK are a noce team and work well together.
Cons
No processes Drawing outdated and most are incorrect No contract or supplier agreements. A very Toxic environment The Maintenance stick the nose in everything and completely makes a mess of things, hasnt a clue what they are doing. In the space of 4 months, manh accidents seen but ignored. Items get sent to customer ls without sign off, everything is out of process. Many change go on without customer notification. Causing many rejections. The business was so bad they nearly closed the doors 2 years ago.
