Delos is a company that prides itself on providing growth opportunities for our employees based on merit, achievement and potential, and not on gender, race or any other factor. Perhaps it would be helpful to share some metrics: - Delos’ employee population is 57% female to 43% male. - In leadership positions, defined as VP and higher, the percentage of women is higher at 63% vs. 37% male. - At the Senior Vice President level, 58% are women and 42% are men. - In the past two years, 12 women have been promoted to Vice President, 5 have been promoted to Senior Vice President, and 2 have been promoted to the Executive Team. - The Female average salary is actually 14% higher than the comparable male salary at like positions. Again this particular metric, along with all of the measures described above, is based on merit, achievement and potential. - Finally, females in senior positions with the company average 3.64 direct reports as opposed to the males in comparable roles averaging 2.29 direct reports, which is an important measure of responsibility and leadership. As an organization we strive to fill every seat with the most qualified individuals. Our women in leadership positions are fantastic producers and leaders, and we hold their contribution in the highest regard.
