      They are paying you quite good.

      Cons

      Employer has no direction, no corporate structure, the boss thinks herself as the almighty king, and never really appreciate your efforts. Worst thing is that she never know she doesn’t know. Good place for those who only wants to earn money, bad place for those who wants a career growth.
