      No salary increases (even COL), fast paced with long hours, superiors do not know what they are doing.

      -You are recognized and compensated for your hard work given it is such a small group. -You learn alot about civil engineering projects.

      Cons

      -Very little growth and not alot of bulk work. -Management tends to ignore or sweep under the rug the bigger underlying issues (project management, disorganization, etc.)
