- if you are open to meet new people; you will find the right people to guide you through - may OUT - if you want stability and can continue doing the same thing over and over again; this is the place for you.

Cons

- management does not like to be challenged - pays very little (not competitive for most roles) - limited growth within 2 - 3 years working there - bonuses come through every half decade - no free lunches or breakfast - not a cohesive environment - old technology - disengaged executives and management
