Pros
Startup culture that suits fresh/junior professionals & not yet married workers. Open working space.
Cons
Bad management. No bonuses. No increment. No clear business objective. Limited employee benefit. No work-life balance. Bosses always talk no money with staff, which in some way demotivates us to work. The Boss is a programmer which is good in terms of technical abilities and knowledge but lacks human management side.
