Pros
Well respected organization that has some really wonderful people working here. Connected with candidates and Govs and working here gives you a lot of great connections. DGA may be one of the less “sexy” orgs, but governors are so important. DGA has proved that.
Cons
Most all of the senior staff are white with very little exceptions, most being men. They have gotten better but I think they low balled salaries for folks, especially junior level staff, knowing they are hungry for experience.
