Management is terrible. Poor pay. The company does not value their employees and sees them as disposable. They say you cannot discuss salaries, which is illegal. HR is terrible as well.

Incredibly draining and toxic environment to endure at the Turlock lab location. Dealing with bullying from both ownership family and unqualified lab management creates a baseline of stress that is simply unsustainable. Lax enforcement breeds widespread mediocrity. Untrained talent with policy noncompliance is the foundation of their weak leadership. Go to work in a place where you are respected, appreciated and given a fair chance to grow. Company culture is corrupt from the very top, trying to change it or wait it out isn't feasible. Hope you get a job at their HQ to avoid all this.
