Cons
Software Developers should consider other alternatives, there is no software development work here. On president's day they had a layoff, the majority of them were programmers. Everyone here who still wants to do software development either can work on their application security tool; or should update their resumes and consider other options. In the last few months besides the layoff, there have been compensation freezes and other large cuts. A large number of programmers have left the company over the last 6 months, to include what I would consider the spiritual development manager and soul of the company and the lead tool developer who was responsible for great ideas and direction of their tool.
