An amazingly talented and experienced staff in the realm of application security. For assessments, pen tests, SDLC review, etc. I cannot imagine a company where you will be able to contribute and learn more in this field than you can here. For development, Denim Group works on a product in the application security space that's been seeing huge growth recently. For a developer, this product represents some deeply fascinating challenges to solve in area of security as well as an ambitious and cutting edge series of features in its roadmap.

Denim Group is a small company with all the ups and downs that come with it. You get to participate in a growing company where your ideas and desires for future direction get heard and recognized by the owners, but on the flip side, discretionary budget doesn't allow for extravagant corporate events. Up to you what kind of environment you're looking for, but this one has a "small town" feel. I actually like that.
