- very bad culture of blame - Poor leadership in India, all blame from leadership gets shifted to juniors, and credit gets taken away. - If you are not a yes person to the leadership, then you are excluded from everything. - bad with compensation, salary comes late most of the time, random criteria for increments every year - will get unlimited leaves on paper, but will be questioned as soon as you take 5+ leaves in the year.
