      - Confidence in value of internationally acclaimed product - Fast-paced due to continuous growth - Good commitment to providing quality service

      Cons

      - High turnover - Management too picky filling open positions, resulting in need to take multiple roles for existing staff - Lackluster benefits package when you start, need to wait 6 months to be eligible and only ramps up after several years in the company

      Offer free Lunch once a month.(Usually catering Panda..)

      Cons

      No benefit. Not providing lunch. They even don't have an access card(all employee have to ring the bell when they want to enter in). No coffee, No snack, No break time...
