      Pros

      Offer free Lunch once a month.(Usually catering Panda..)

      Cons

      No benefit. Not providing lunch. They even don't have an access card(all employee have to ring the bell when they want to enter in). No coffee, No snack, No break time...

      Pros

      Good product Needs to upgrade faster with the times .

      Cons

      But bad micro management from CEO . She needs to stop micromanaging everything . Does not know about the latest trends and benifits of Marketing . Does multiple rols in company in short "Jack of all trades but master of NONE ".
