Little stress involved, wonderful community, decent benefits
Cons
Not many options for full time nor towards promotions. Rewards loyalty with company and not prior experience or work ethic, degrading motivation to do a good job and increasing turnover. Very little pay, especially as most positions are only 32 hours per week, can't afford even just rent in the area with this position unless you've been there over a decade. Some customers- it's a customer service position, so you get good and bad.
